Processing Times

Most items are handmade and may be made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Typical U.S. delivery is approximately 2–7 business days after shipment, but carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking status.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Twisted Edge Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.

Twisted Edge Design is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are later reported missing or stolen.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the item and shipping packaging so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, customs fees, import taxes, and delivery times may vary by destination.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
